Important: CYBRIXEN content is for defensive cybersecurity education only. Using skills or knowledge gained on this Platform for unauthorized access to systems or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Certifications

8.1 Certification Validity

CYBRIXEN certifications are issued upon successful completion of required assessments and payment of certification fees. Certifications are valid as specified at the time of issuance.

8.2 Certification Integrity

Any attempt to obtain a certification through fraudulent means, including sharing exam answers, impersonation, or circumventing assessment systems, will result in immediate revocation of the certification and account termination.

8.3 No Employment Guarantee

CYBRIXEN certifications do not guarantee employment or any specific outcome. They are a validation of skills acquired on our Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CYBRIXEN does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBRIXEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CYBRIXEN in the 12 months preceding the claim.
