At CYBRIXEN, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity education. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on the Platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Since CYBRIXEN is a digital learning platform, all products and services are delivered electronically. There are no physical goods to return.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
2.1 Course Access & Learning Rooms
Paid access to learning rooms, tracks, or subscription plans may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the purchased content
- The access has not been used to download or export any materials
2.2 Subscription Plans
If you are on a recurring subscription plan:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- No refunds are issued for the current active billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle
3. Certification Fees
Certification exam fees are subject to a stricter refund policy due to the nature of exam preparation and delivery:

4. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following:
- The request is submitted within the applicable refund window
- You provide your registered email address and order/transaction ID
- The purchase was made directly through cybrixen.com (not through a third-party reseller)
- The account has not been suspended or terminated for policy violations
- The refund is for a valid reason (technical issues, duplicate charge, etc.)
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@cybrixen.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
- Include your registered email address
- Include the order/transaction ID from your purchase confirmation
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence if applicable
Alternatively, use our Contact Us page to submit your request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

Once a refund is approved:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. CYBRIXEN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Certification exams that have been attempted
- Accounts suspended or banned due to Terms of Use violations
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Completed or mostly-consumed course content (more than 80% accessed)
- Gift cards or voucher codes once redeemed
- Refund requests submitted after the eligible refund window
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute, please contact us at info@cybrixen.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review. We are committed to resolving all billing issues promptly and fairly.
